International shipping costs
Shipping costs are added during checkout process. International shipping charges start from $4.95 and may vary depending on your location. We offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders of total value above $50.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. However we only ship out during business days - Monday till Friday (if you’ve placed an order on Saturday, your order will be shipped out on Monday earliest). Delivery times vary from 7 to 35 business days depending on your country of residence.
What about duty fees?
Please note that our international shipments might have duty fees. These fees are charged by the local government and therefore these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise you to check with local customs offices for import fees, charges and processing time prior to ordering our products. Our delivery time frames for international shipments are a guideline only. We cannot account for any delays caused by customs at the country of destination.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order within 35 working days of dispatch, we advise you to recheck your address details first in your order confirmation email for any mistakes. If there are no mistakes, please don’t worry because this means your package should arrive anytime soon! In very few occasions a short delay can be caused by local postal services. If your package still hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please do get in contact with us, a member of our customer service team will be happy to help.
How do you ship your packages?
All our packages are shipped with tracking number and will be delivered through your mailbox. Make sure you have double checked your address.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Kohola Wear due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charge.Kohola Wear is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
